Welcome to Peace Out Planning, LLC (“Peace Out Planning,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of peaceoutplanning.com (the “Site”) and any services, sessions, workshops, digital resources, bookings, and communications we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site, booking Services, downloading resources, or opting in to receive texts or emails from us, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
1) Who We Are and What We Do
Peace Out Planning provides life-transition planning and concierge-style support for individuals, couples, and families navigating change (examples: moves, downsizing, caregiving transitions, retirement shifts, career pivots, divorce, loss, new beginnings, and legacy planning conversations). Services may be delivered virtually or in person (where offered), and may include planning tools, coaching-style sessions, coordination support, and curated referrals to third-party professionals.
2) Key Definitions
- Client / you / your: The person using the Site or purchasing or booking Services.
- Session: A scheduled one-on-one meeting (virtual or in-person).
- Workshop / POP-Shop: A group program or guided series.
- Peace Package: A tailored done-with-you or done-for-you support engagement.
- Third-Party Providers: Independent vendors or professionals we may refer you to (example: movers, organizers, attorneys, financial professionals, realtors, contractors, cleaners).
3) Eligibility and Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, book Services, or opt in to receive SMS messages from us.
4) Not Professional Advice
Peace Out Planning is not a law firm, accounting firm, medical provider, mental health provider, or fiduciary financial advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or clinical mental health advice.
Any guidance, templates, checklists, planning tools, and conversations are for informational, educational, and support purposes only. You are responsible for decisions you make and actions you take. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified licensed professional.
If you are experiencing a crisis or immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
5) Booking, Scheduling, and Cancellations
Booking: You may book Services through our Site or scheduling links we provide. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to check your confirmation details.
Rescheduling and cancellations: Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer, please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a Session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a reasonable fee or may forfeit the Session, depending on the Service type and the time reserved.
Workshops: Workshop policies (schedule, attendance rules, refunds) may vary and will be disclosed at registration or purchase.
In-person Services and travel: If in-person support is offered, any travel time, mileage, lodging, parking, shipping, purchases, and other out-of-pocket costs may be billed separately unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6) Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Payment terms: Fees, payment schedules, and what is included are disclosed at the time of purchase, booking, or in a written agreement. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for approved charges.
Refunds: Unless a specific written policy applies to your Service, fees for completed Sessions are non-refundable. For packages or workshops, refund policies may be stated in the purchase flow or your agreement.
Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend Services and recover costs incurred.
7) Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information needed to deliver Services.
- Show up on time for scheduled Sessions.
- Use tools, templates, and plans responsibly and in ways appropriate for your situation.
- Understand that outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (your choices, timelines, third-party performance, life events).
8) Third-Party Providers, Referrals, and External Links
We may recommend or connect you with Third-Party Providers. Those providers are independent. We do not control them and are not responsible for their services, actions, pricing, availability, contracts, or outcomes.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third parties.
9) Confidentiality and Sensitive Information
We aim to treat your information with care. Still:
- Do not send highly sensitive information through web forms, email, or SMS (example: SSNs, bank logins, full account numbers, medical records).
- SMS is not a secure channel. Keep texts practical (scheduling and high-level info).
How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10) SMS and Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
This section applies if you opt in to receive text messages from Peace Out Planning.
Program name: Peace Out Planning
What you will receive: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages that may include appointment and scheduling messages, reminders, service updates, workshop or event information, and occasional resources or announcements related to Peace Out Planning.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typically, you may receive 1 to 6 messages per month, and you may receive additional messages around booked appointments or time-sensitive updates.
Consent: You may opt in by submitting a form, checking an opt-in box, signing up through our booking flow, or otherwise providing express consent to receive texts from us.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Message and data rates may apply: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported content: You agree not to use our messaging program for unlawful, abusive, or harmful communications.
Privacy of mobile information: We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver messages (example: our CRM or messaging platform), strictly to provide the messaging service.
11) Intellectual Property
All Site content and materials we provide (text, graphics, logos, templates, tools, downloads, and course or workshop materials) are owned by Peace Out Planning or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use our materials for your personal, non-commercial use only unless we give written permission otherwise. You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials.
12) User Submissions
If you submit information through forms, email, or messages, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not violate any law or third-party rights.
13) Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for illegal purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, systems, or data.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data without permission.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
14) Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from Services. You are responsible for your decisions and results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peace Out Planning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits), arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
16) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peace Out Planning and its owners, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
17) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
